The company has announced that as of Sep. 16, it will no longer accept new orders. Grandma and Analog Hobbies Are Having a Moment Traditional hands-on crafts like crocheting, knitting, needlepoint, and scrapbooking are dominating free time as a therapeutic screen antidote. Crafting stores are making it even simpler too and fun by offering kits for youth and novice to make their own crochet animals, fun needlework that can be framed or embroidery that could be applied to accessories. Hands on building sets such as model trucks to other fun projects are also popping up. Check your local hardware stores and lumber yards for these kits that are geared to encourage working with hands, following instructions and learning the reward of building something oneself!
