Nostalgic smells...overcome 😍😳

As I drove to a meeting at 630 am this morning- I stopped at a red light beside a fast food 🥘 spot where back in the day - my business partner and I use to eat errrrrrr morning- I was addicted to these breakfast sandwiches- 😳 for real!! I sat parked and took awareness to how that smell sparked or triggered a memory that was attached to an emotion of ..... being happy 😊 and how if I was still in that place of being asleep 😴 at the wheel of life - I am sure I would have pulled in and grabbed 2 or 3 😳- however when u know better you can do better. After about the first 3 seconds of that nostalgic smell - I was immediately disgusted and revolted because of the new wiring I created in my head- we can overcome anything- it just takes time and hard work 😓💋💋
