Porsche has a new Panamera with more electric driving range, Magna will be engineering the new Scout electric off-roaders from VW, and New Jersey will ban new internal combustion cars, but will it let people charge their own EVs?Cruise has been in a lot of trouble in the past month and its CEO just resigned.
