Not a Tosser but a Brilliant Jerk with guest Phil Fraser

In Episode 9 of Don't Work With Tossers - The Podcast, Phil Fraser, a Business Sounding Board,  talks to host Tina Boden about how to identify people around you who are not a Tosser but a Brilliant Jerk.Phil shares his 10 tips for identifying a Brilliant Jerk, some of them fit in Tina's top Tosser traits apparently! He has travelled the full SME business journey. During that journey he won many awards, appeared numerous times online and in print and even set up an annual industry report and awards ceremony.Phil now works with ambitious SME-owners as a Business Sounding Board (think somewhere between Business Coach and Business Mentor).
