Not Again Podcast: Into the Vault: #YourJobSucks - Recuriter

This is an episode that I went into vault and surprised that I had done one on. I talked to Fanny about helping people to get a job. She explained the reason why social media was used during recruitment and how sometimes it can be hard to reach out to people and how friends maybe of a help. We kinda discuss how company culture can make or break a recruitment process and the reason why certain "discrimination" take place. She also list out the different reasons why certain requirements may seems crazy but after looking into the reasons why, the aha moment takes place while she also listed the most ridiculous requirement for she thinks that is needed for a job scope which she is helping to do recruitment for; the creative sector.  She shares the yelp of jobs for employees and also talked about the work life balance and how it had seems to be improved. Of course we talked about the expats packages and how it was attractive but dwindle due to policy changes and her pet peeves when people look for her for jobs.  Oh damn there seems to be more stories after what seems the end.
