Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost (ep. 105)

In the first episode of the 8th Season, I am going to share with you the turmoil and the reflections of that turmoil, with which I have been dealing over the past few weeks. Upon starting the year I found that much of my motivation and planning is simply nowhere to be found, and that made me wonder. Reflecting on this shift in my perspective, I want to discuss with you a few passages and ideas from books such as 'The Lord of the Rings', '12 Rules for Life', and the concept of the meaning of life. In celebration of life, as it is, I want to invite you to simply 'let go and see', what there is to be seen… As per usual, I will offer you a little invitation for a mindful practice in the coming days.
