Not all valid...

I'm going to keep saying this. Not all thoughts, feelings, and emotions are valid. That word has a meaning, and that meaning would state that you are telling tasty person every thought, feeling, and emotion they have is accurate and true. How disgusting do you have to be to believe this to be true? Nobody is perfect. So none of those things will be 100% accurate. Real to you in the moment doesn't equate to validity.
