Not Bracing For Impact

from Soul Care With Angie Fadel · host Angie Fadel

In this episode I talk about how to unclench, stop holding our breath, and not brace for the impact of what we are living through right now. Is this easy? Hell no, but so so worth it. It may only be when you are using this meditation that you can let go and relax, but for whatever amount of time you can do it- it matters. Our bodies can only take so much holding and waiting for the other shoe to drop without it taking an emotional and physical toll on us and probably those we love. This meditation is meant to help you let your body relax, breathe, and and release the tension, stress, anxiety, rage, and grief that you may be holding or is stuck in your body. If you aren't familiar with a corpse pose or body scan check out these links. I have spent the last 20 years working in and on my own and others' deconstruction and would love to help you find the support, love, and acceptance you may need to walk through this part of faith or the support to find or nurture your own unique spiritual practice.
