She is a board-certified Clinical Nurse Specialist and a retired Lieutenant Colonel with over 20 years of active-duty service and 31 years of nursing expertise in aeromedical evacuation/flight nursing, aerospace physiology transport, critical care, emergency/trauma response, planning and coordination, hyperbaric, and psychiatric medicine.
