Not everything is your fault when you have adult ADHD

from Overcoming Distractions-Thriving with ADHD, ADD

Many people seek assistance, mentoring and help with an ADHD coach because they are having trouble navigating a busy life as an adult with ADHD. Many of these challenges revolve around work and career. However, many times when we dig into the issues, we find that we could be blaming ourselves for situations that are just not our fault. We blame our ADHD for not being able to get work done, get organized in the workplace and distractions. Sometimes we are working in a chaotic and toxic workplace and many of the issues we are dealing with are not completely our fault. Dave wants to give you some Peace of Mind in this podcast episode and he discusses many of the things you may be facing right now that are difficult that are not your fault. **Do you want to work with Dave one-on-one?
