Not Far From The Kingdom

from First Steps in Faith · host briantankconner

Facebook Page What does God really want from us? In Mark 12:29–34, Jesus brings everything back to two commands: love God with everything you are and love your neighbor as yourself. But when a scribe understands His answer, Jesus tells him something striking: “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” In this episode, we look at what those words mean, why love matters more than empty religious activity, and how Jesus perfectly fulfills the love He commands.
