Not Giving Up

Summary: For our first “live” and in-person worship gathering since March 8, our sermon focuses specifically on the words in Hebrews 10 that extol believers to not give up meeting together. As worship gatherings and the very nature of church itself shift and change around us, it’s a good time to consider what these words might have to say to us. As part of this lesson we break down the language of this teaching, look at potential cultural factors that might have caused the original hearers to “give up” and think about what it looks like for us to live out this teaching.
