NOT GOOD ENOUGH LEAKS, PERFECTIONISM & IMPOSTOR SYNDROME

Hey lovelies, this week I'm talking about how the 'I'm not good enough' thoughts leak out in sneaky ways or in blatantly obvious ways too. Be it through perfectionism or impostor syndrome. Often we start to hit an upper limit level and the doubts pop in and it's time to bust through that. Self-doubt doesn't have to run the show. You are more than enough and sometimes we have to just mother fucking love ourselves way more. To know our worth and that we aren't the chosen one who's not enough ♥ to love ourselves enough to be ourselves, to be who we truly are. Authencity ♥Often when we start on our self-love journey the fear of not being enough can get the best of us, our nervous system gets activated and we start to freak out and buy into the I'm not good enough lie.
