Not knowing everything

Happy Tuesday! We’re going to talk about understanding you aren’t going to know everything. See, this took a while for me to understand and had some heavy consequences. See, when I was in the military and I was hot shit. It was until I got put in front of 200 people in a team training, as I got asked questions, to feel helpless in front of my whole command. I was devastated but it taught me a huge lesson in life. You are not the smartest person in the room. You will never be. I love when I find someone smarter than me, because it’s my time to soak up all the knowledge I can to become better. See, when I first started Limitless Coaching, I knew that in order for me to be known around the world, I would have to constantly be learning, listening to podcasts, reading, understanding the mind, sales. Soon I started to see time and time again I would fail myself but I encouraged as a learning experience rather a failure. Keep learning, keep listening, and keep going. I’ll tell you this now. I’ll never be the smartest one in the room, but I’ll be able to hire those people who get the job done.
