Not knowing how to defend yourself can leave you Vulnerable

Today I discuss a scenario that happened to me about two years ago & how it corresponds with being in a dangerous situation in which you will probably have to defend yourself. These real life situations where you feel in danger or something will happen can really affect you & cause insecurities. I've forsure had insecurities through highschool being skinny feeling like I was never a person to take serious but I now realize that I made the right choices then but to understand people are crazy & can put you in a bad situation in the blink of an eye.
