Not quite giving all our worries to God

I saw a big white square of God nearly obliterating a black shape representing our worries. The little bit of visible black is the bit of worry that we often hang on to. Jesus tells us repeatedly to "Let not our heart be troubled ..." (John 14:27). To "Let" go completely requires effort. We were recently reminded of Jesus's greatest commandment that we are to love God fully and to love others as ourselves (Mark 12:28-31). That is all interconnected as we need to be fully convinced of God's love for us which then enables us to love ourselves, love others and love God supremely. This is what 1 John 4:19 tells us - "We love because He first loved us". Then let's trust God to be fully looking after us.
