Not Rocket Science

“They went away and reported it to the others, but they did not believe them either.” (Mark 16:13) It’s a choice. You can trust the message that Christ has risen or not. Even those prepared by Jesus to receive Him after His death could not trust the report He was alive. First dead, three days later, and now alive! Like incredulous! But what does it cost to trust this story? Nothing. What is the benefit? His eternal living through your living. Doubt this, and you have refused to believe it. This is not rocket science. Your distrust or trust does not alter the fact that Jesus lives. He is life itself. Have Him, and you have the most natural way of living. No Him, no living. It costs nothing to trust except doubt. I trust Your message, Lord, now I will get down to living.
