Rising up from the flat desert floor, This massive sandstone rock is truly a sight to behold.Have you seen it? Have you been?Uluru is ancient—over 500 million years old! And it’s deeply important to the Anangu people, the Traditional Owners of this land. They’ve lived here for thousands of years, And their stories are written in the rocks, the caves, and the sky.Uluru stands 348 metres tall, but most of it is actually underground— Like a giant iceberg made of stone!Walk around the base and you might spot rock paintings, Or hear the wind whispering through the desert trees. You might even catch the sunset, when Uluru glows a brilliant red-orange— As if it’s lit up from within.This isn’t just a rock. It’s a story.
