A cat used to spend all his time sleeping lazily. He never tried to hunt, because his owner fed him properly every day. So the cat thought there was no need to work hard. One day the owner did not give him food for some reason. Then the cat became very hungry. Unable to bear the hunger, he went out to catch a mouse. But because he was lazy all the time, he could not run fast. Despite trying hard, he failed to catch the mouse. Then the cat realized that nothing can be achieved in life by just being lazy. It is difficult to succeed without hard work and regular practice. From that day on, the cat gave up laziness and started working hard. From this story, we learn that it is not possible to achieve success in life without hard work.
