Notre Dame beats Penn State in the Orange Bowl, advances to the National Championship Game

Notre Dame came back from a 10-point deficit to upset Penn State, 27-24, and punch its ticket to Atlanta for the Jan. 20 College Football Playoff National Championship Game.
