Jeremiyah Love was the star, rushing for 228 yards and a touchdown, but was not to be outdone by his running mate Jadarian Price who rushed for 87 yards on his own, with a touchdown, and also notched a 100 yard kickoff return for a touchdown, the second kickoff return touchdown of his career against USC. The defense held strong in the 4th quarter and the Irish held on for victory, moving them to 5-2 on the season and seemingly with a great chance at a college football playoff berth as they head into their bye week.
