November 1991 - Billy Bathgate
from Interjections: The Undiscovered Decade
From the eleventh month of 1991, we attempted once more to track down yet another hidden gem: Dutch Schultz (Dustin Hoffman) is at the end of his rope, perhaps literally! With a trial looming that may put him behind bars, Schultz will have to utilize his final Hail Mary: an overeager money runner (Loren Dean) who idolizes the mafia life. The young man will join Schultz and a suicidal ingenue (Nicole Kidman) in order to fake being a family. It's time to meet….Billy Bathgate!
