He is in the business of helping organizations and professionals improve their profitability and performance bandwidths in the areas of talent development, performance improvement, business, project management and general human capital management and evaluation. He did so with American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), 2001 and 2013 NFL Champions Baltimore Ravens, Toastmasters International, The Association for Talent Development (ATD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Project Management Institute (PMI), and Aerotek Inc. and its subsidiaries.
