Po téměř dvou letech se Twisto vrací do našeho podcastu FinTech Roadmap, tentokrát s novou CEO – Nemikou Menevse, která se k vedení společnosti dostala po akvizici ze strany turecké fintech skupiny Param. V rozhovoru vedeném v angličtině jsme probrali především směr, kterým se Twisto po tomto klíčovém kroku ubírá.Nemika přiblížila, jak probíhala samotná akvizice, jaké kulturní rozdíly musela překonat při práci s českým týmem a jaké změny zákazníci a zákaznice mohou (nebo nemusejí) pocítit. Diskutovali jsme také o udržitelnosti BNPL modelu v kontextu vysoké inflace a úrokových sazeb, o produktových novinkách, jako jsou Twisto Picks, a plánech na pokračování v expanzi v rámci regionu CEE. Řeč přišla i na rozdíly v regulaci mezi EU a Tureckem a vizi, kterou Nemika pro Twisto do budoucna má.
