Now Faith That Comes from Hearing Christ, the Word of God | 3,650 Minutes of Prayer

Today is Day Seventy Three of 3,650. In this episode, we explored Hebrews 11:1 to 3, diving deep into the origin and nature of faith. We discussed how faith is not a physical substance but a persuaded trust that arises from the deepness of our relationship with God. This is the birth of faith: tasting and knowing that He is good. We spent time examining the process of how we receive this faith—it comes from hearing, and hearing is the act of obeying the Word of God, who is Christ Himself.We distinguished between the Logos, the eternal and complete Word of God in all His fullness, and the Rhema, which is the specific, timely response to what God is speaking to us in the moment. To walk in faith is to live in a state of responding to and obeying what Christ has said. We understand that faith acts as the underlying foundation and title deed to the realities we hope for, providing the proof of things not yet visible to the physical eye.
