I’d be hot for someone making me pretty too. You can’t be emotionally manipulative when you’re being honest about your emotions.It’s manipulation to change yourself for the correct response. People conflate being made to feel things by the expression of other’s emotions as manipulative when it’s not.That’s okay. Those people aren’t wrong that something is off. They aren’t seeing their part of it though, every time, if another’s expression is seen as manipulation.It’s based on the reflection therein of lies to self. People don’t want those honest reflections who’ve been abused into executive dysfunction. We need forgiveness across the board. We need to meet in the middle.It’s about dependent and avoidant steering trauma. We overvalue the rights of the avoidant perspective to the detriment of all people. This is a public episode.
