After helping many of my clients through the process of homeownership and all the many steps involved, I realized that something big was missing. This is a new learning based approach to learning all the secrets of success for homeownership in Toronto GTA. FACT: No level of traditional education prepares you for home ownership. Ask anyone who has ever dealt with flooding, replacing a roof or hiring a contractor. That’s why I created a new type of school for homeowners. A podcast powered course. 100% free of charge. One of the learning experiences of owning a home is finding what and what NOT to do when buying, selling & investing. Before you hire anyone (even someone you know), I always recommend you start with a different approach. It’s far wiser to learn these skills before they are needed. Being overwhelmed with an issue that needs to be resolved can affect your judgement. My goal is to help you learn as much as you can about the process so you can speak the language.
