Now Our Boys in Blue... Black Cops

Black Cops taking on our community and placing their selves in authority like I our white police officers have been doing for a while. However, this is not the first time this has happen it's the first time it's been caught on tape. What is taking place in our community? Will there ever be justice for our people? Is this our new blueprint when being stopped by the boys in blue? So many questions so little action not even from our congress and their counterparts. Let's talk about it.
