NowYouCan - Ben Swan and Gundeep Sidhu: How a broken toilet inspires property management solutions

My guests on this episode of the ProptechPodcast are Ben Swan, CEO and Gundeep Sidhu, founder of NowYouCan - which was the winner of the Most Innovative Property & Facilities Management Startup in the recent Proptech Awards held by the Proptech Association Australia. Before establishing NowYouCan, Gundeep was the founder and CEO of AdviserLogic, a fully-integrated, web-based application for financial advisers to manage all facets of their business which was acquired by Morningstar in 2019. Meanwhile Ben has been a developer of web/mobile applications since 1997 and extensively involved in the facility and building management space his whole professional career. Before joining NowYouCan he was co founder and chief of Rebel Donuts. NowYouCan helps building managers, property managers and occupants to take control of their spaces with visual and simple incident reporting and resolution and as Gundeep tells us, it was inspired by a broken toilet in the offices of AdviserLogic that went unfixed for ages.
