NSW's live music scene back in the spotlight with fresh inquiry

New South Wales' live music scene is back in the spotlight today, with the first round of hearings for the inquiry that's looking into the state of the industry.The state's "vibrancy reforms" - which included extending trading hours and dropping liquor licence fees for live music venues - have already seen a four-fold increase of bars and pubs now hosting live music compared to 2023.This latest inquiry will examine what more needs to be done to keep the state's live music culture thriving and sustainable.GUEST: Adelle Robinson, co-founder and Chair of the Australian Festivals Association, and the Managing Director at music event promoter Fuzzy Operations.PRODUCER: Brooke Young
