Venture and Jaz discussed the changing landscape of the beauty industry due to the internet and the support it provides. Jaz shared her personal journey, having wanted to be a hairstylist since she was in 3rd grade, but facing challenges such as financial constraints and balancing work and school. She eventually found a job at a salon and started her apprenticeship program, which allowed her to work while learning.
