女生专场招聘会：保护or歧视？

After the traditional Chinese Spring Festival break, it's a new job hunting season for this year's graduates-to-be. A girls-only job fair is going to be held early next month in Beijing where recruiters are not allowed to include any men-related information in their ads. The truth is female only job fairs are becoming a regular scene every year in recent years in order to help more women find jobs in a highly competitive and sometimes discriminative employment market. But is it fair to hold female only job fairs?
