NEWS HIGHLIGHT Nubank is to delist from Brazil’s B3 Stock Exchange. Shareholders may opt to migrate to receive either Level I BDRs or Class A shares on the New York Stock Exchange. By delisting, the bank plans to minimize the impacts of having a company listed in more than one jurisdiction. Link here. FINTECH NEWS #BreakingNews Adyen to launch Cash App Pay outside the Square ecosystem. Businesses working with Adyen will have access to Cash App Pay as an integrated payment method for their U.S. customers.
