Peyton Watson's breakout season also continues as he was named Western Conference Player of the Week for his efforts in the recent wins, including a pair over the 76ers and Celtics to cap the two-week East Coast swing.Tyler continues with the Suns, who have proven to be a really solid team in the West with 10 wins in their last 13 games.
