夜に眠れない人へ。夜のあのね、です。今日は18歳の自分が夜に眠れなかった昔の自分に向けて書いた一文です。昔、夜に眠るためにお昼に何もしなかった自分がいます笑笑今考えると昼に動かないと夜に眠れないだろうと思いますが、その時の自分はそれだけ夜に他の人と同じように眠ることが精一杯だったんです。結果、お昼にそうやって過ごした日は眠れずに次の日も同じような日を過ごすことになるのですが、それも大切な自分の人生の1ページです。皆さんは夜に眠れない時、ありますか？それではまた次の夜に~
