Numbers 18: Neglect Not Your Own Call by Coveting Someone Else's

God speaks three times to Aaron in Numbers 18 to ensure he does not despise or show contempt for his calling and ministry, after his cousin Korah conspired against his brother Moses. God calls Aaron higher so he can see ministry through the lens of God–a gift, a privilege, and an honor. Although the Levites had no allotment of land, God shows him that His reward and inheritance is God Himself–a truth that every Christian must hold on to, to avoid losing the joy of their salvation as they serve the Lord in a broken world.
