La terra trema di nuovo al confine tra Turchia e Siria. È stato registrato un sisma di magnitudo 6.4 al confine tra i due Paesi, già tragicamente colpiti dal terremoto di magnitudo 7.9 dello scorso 6 febbraio. Secondo Al Jazeera, il nuovo sisma sarebbe stato avvertito anche in Libano e Iraq. Nei pressi dell'epicentro, a 32 km da Antiochia, nella cittadina di Dafne, nella provincia di Hatay, nuvole di polvere. Si registrano crolli e ci sarebbero diversi feriti che chiedono aiuto.
