Danielle believes in the power of community and encourages women to embrace growth, build relationships, and support one another in medicine. Danielle Maltby is a Registered Nurse with 18 years of experience, currently working as an injector at Fulcrum Aesthetics in Chicago. With a background in NICU nursing, she understands the toll burnout takes on mental health and stepped away from bedside care after nearly 12 years. She went on to launch The WoMed, one of the first healthcare podcasts focused on empowering women in medicine. Danielle discovered her passion for aesthetics while living in Nashville, where she also appeared on The Bachelor, Bachelor in Paradise, and in several country music videos.
