Throughout her career, she has been passionate about improving health care operations, leading quality improvement initiatives, and helping teams work more effectively to deliver exceptional patient care. In addition to her leadership experience, Dr. Colle serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Florida State University College of Nursing, where she has taught in simulation, health assessment, and nursing leadership courses. She is deeply committed to developing the next generation of nurses and advancing the profession through evidence-based practice, innovation, mentorship, and leadership. Dr. Colle serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Center for Nursing and is an active member of the Florida Organization for Nursing Leadership.
