Hollie Lawrence is a student nurse who has created a group called ProVent, a safe area where healthcare workers can discuss openly and confidentially matters that may be contributing to stress and burnout in the workplace including the ever increasing feeling of guilt that healthcare workers have felt when they themselves have had to self-isolate.
