As an Early Care and Education provider, Rainbow learned to implement Active Listening and the importance of social-emotional health for the children, and finds work with adults is surprisingly similar. As a white womon, Rainbow believes in saying yes to any opportunity that comes her way to be anti-racist, to unlearn bias, show compassion and make a difference in the world.
