Valeria Teles interviews Pat Capel — a psychotherapist, counsellor, and coach revolves around emotional needs. Born and raised in South Africa, Pat is now based in London, UK.  He completed a BA in Psychology and Drama and followed that with a teaching diploma and a post graduate degree in Counselling Psychology.  After 17 years in the classroom, he decided to return to the books and completed a diploma in Psychotherapy.  He decided to train in the Human Givens method which is aimed at being short-term, solution focused psychotherapy. He continues to work part time in a secondary school where he teaches English Literature.  The rest of his time he works as a therapist, counsellor and coach.  He also delivers training, workshops and lectures in the school environment for pupils, parents and teachers.
