A Guabi Nutrição e Saúde Animal é uma empresa que há mais de 47 anos se dedica ao desenvolvimento e fabricação de produtos de alta qualidade, voltados para o bem-estar de todo o ciclo: animais, produtores, criadores e consumidor final. Os profissionais da Guabi desenvolveram uma metodologia, o qual deram o nome de SIGAD, que avalia a produção, identifica gargalos indicando as ações prioritárias que vão mudar o resultado do negócio, analisando os resultados, reavaliando a propriedade e propondo novas ações, sempre em busca do melhor e mais alto desempenho. Com esta ferramenta, são avaliados nutrição, genética, ambiente, gestão, infraestrutura e biossegurança e assim, enxergando onde estão os gargalos do empreendimento, possam definir as prioridades do que precisa ser feito e evoluir continuamente. I'm also board member of IJC (former APAESP) and CSCP. For the last 30 years, I developed management consulting projects,mainly involving strategic and organizational transformation with people enrolment.
