They know all about supporting people in menopause through positive lifestyle choices, Good friends Elizabeth Ward and Hillary Wright are both registered dieticians, each with over thirty years’ experience. The two both hold bachelor degrees in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Masters from Boston University and we had such a great time chatting to them. You can watch the full, unedited, interview on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFgmHLcdx28eco-XlkWYwUA In our Foodie Collective we talk all things biscuits, who doesn’t like a good biscuit to dunk? Find out what our favourite biscuits are and Jinty has a little quiz….if she can remember the answers! Our Book Club starts reading our new book for series 7, Femina by Jannina Ramirez. We start by looking at the introduction and we’re hooked already; this book gives voice to the influential women of the Middle Ages who have been silenced by the male gatekeepers for far too long. Find out how we got on with our WI and there’s a new tasty one to try out this week! There’s a fantastic quote to start the series with.
