Nutrition Ideas for the Future: Healthy Brains and Bodies

from The Dr Synonymous Show · host A Patrick Jonas

Robert Lovegren, physicist, electronic engineer and health scholar is interviewed by Dr. Jonas, your host.  Bob has activated nutrition strategies that honor his brain and body down to the cellular level.  He is sensitive to the effects of his eating behaviors on his mitochondria and cellular apparatus.  He is not a fan of modern medicine, especially our tendency to make a case for treating everyone according to guidelines instead of individualizing care according to the best science available. We'll be talking about good fats, fasting, toxic substances, cells, brains, dogma, taste, weight, weight loss, uniqueness, etc. We should have some fun and get some ideas for individual action that may be healthful for many listeners.  Nothing in this show is intended to advise listeners about treating their diseases.  Those, as Dr. Jonas always says are best treated in the context of each person's relationship with their personal physician.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-dr-synonymous-show--6530014/support.
