Mary is a nutritionist and registered dietician at Nourishing Balance in Seattle. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. and earned a degree from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. In addition to her private practice at Seattle Healing Arts, she is a clinical supervisor at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health. Her approach to nutrition both holistic and integrative. She regularly teaches nutrition workshops all over Seattle and provides wellness presentations for Seattle businesses. Mary has written nutrition columns for Seattle PI and Northwest Prime Time. She also spent 8 years on Wall Street helping to conduct diversity and cultural sensitivity training seminars for a number of Fortune 500 companies.
