Cutting is a term in the fighting world for losing weight to make the cut, for a certain weight class.Alexis is familiar with extreme methods for losing weight as it is abundant in the fight culture. She promotes better alternatives that lead to better health over the long-term. I really enjoyed the conversation we had, and I learned a lot from her.
