NVIDIA Develops AI Servers That Can Be Cooled with Liquid at 45°C

NVIDIA has developed a new generation of AI servers dubbed Rubin that can be cooled by liquid at 45°C (113°F).Rubin uses cold plates for cooling; they sit on top of the processor and extract heat via a fluid mixture that is 75% water and 25% propylene glycol.
