NYC Braces for Floods, Gov. Hochul Funds Police Tech, and Senegal World Cup Spotlight

Heavy rain could cause flooding in New York City and the surrounding area tonight. The National Weather Service issued a flood watch for the tri-state area, and flash flood warnings for parts of Brooklyn and Long Island. Governor Kathy Hochul said drivers should stay aware of water on the roads. Governor Kathy Hochul plans to invest $100 million in law enforcement technology across New York.
