Zohran Mamdani spent days threatening to lock up Netanyahu over the ICC warrant if he visits NYC. Now he admits in a video that the city has zero legal authority to do it. He still calls him a war criminal and says he’s “not welcome,” while begging the feds to join the ICC and arrest him. Trump already shut that down.
